PURPOSE: A boat is provided to secure safety of a boat and to enables a user to conveniently stir a boat in rollers by rotating a rotary place on a right-under part of a user.;CONSTITUTION: A boat comprises a handle(12), a first power transmission(13), a second power transmission(15), a power transmission axis(14) and a rotary shaft(16). A handle is mounted on both side of a boat main body(11) to rotate. The first power transmission switches horizontal torque of a handle into the vertical turning force and transmits.
