An interactive system of a ubiquitous real city and a virtual city comprises the following steps of: generating a world electronic map of connected with location coordinates(S101); generating an electronic digital map of each nation connected with location coordinates(S102); generating digital maps of each megalopolis connected with location coordinates(S103); generating an electronic digital map of each local regions connected with location coordinates(S104); generating virtual models of each facility connected with location coordinates(S105); and generating virtual models of each internal structure which is connected with location coordinates(S106).
