PURPOSE: A formal distribution checking system of contents is provided to insert work code and distribution code to contents, thereby conveniently distinguishes legitimate content through the codes.;CONSTITUTION: A contents database server(10) stores various contents. A work management server(50) issues an authentication code to a created work. The work management server operates authentication checking process to contents transaction at the same time. If a content management server(100) request an authentication, an authentication module(90) distinguishes authentication through work code and distribution code within relevant contents.
