PURPOSE: A 1,4-di(2'-naphthyl)benzene compound is provided to obtain excellent thermal stability in a chemical structure and high efficiency in a device and to have green luminescence and red luminescence when the compound is applied in an organic electroluminescent device.;CONSTITUTION: A 1,4-di(2'-naphthyl)benzene compound for an organic electroluminescent device is marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are selected from a group comprising hydrogen, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, an arylamino group, and a heteroaryl group.
