In chemical formula 1, L1 is an organic ligand, R1-R5 is respectively deuterium, halogen, substituted or non-substituted C3-30 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted 5-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, cyano, nitro, BR21R22, PR23R24, P(=O)R25R26, R27R28R29Si-, substituted or non-substituted C6-30 ar C1-30 alkyl. R21-R26 is respectively substituted or non-substituted C1-30 alky, substituted or non-substituted C6-30 aryl, or substituted or non-substituted C3-30 heteroaryl.
