PURPOSE: A novel Lactobacillus sp. microorganism is provided to ensure high acid resistance and antibiotics resistance and to used as food additives or feed additives.;CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism Lactobacillus Leuteri CS 132 (deposit number KCTC 11452B) is isolated from human feces. The Lactobacillus Leuteri CS 132 has high acid resistance and antibiotics resistance. The Lactobacillus Leuteri CS 132 has 40% or more of survival rate at same bile concentration as in vivo condition and 1.2% or more of survival rate at pH 1. A composition contains Lactobacillus Leuteri CS 132 or culture thereof. The composition is food or food additives.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
