PURPOSE: A double packer apparatus of a rod pipe enforcement grouting and an injection hole calking method using the same are provided to reduce the loss of grout material when injecting grout material. CONSTITUTION: A double packer apparatus of a rod pipe enforcement grouting comprises a packer installation duct(20), packers(30,40), a sealing material injection nozzle and a center retaining member. The packers are installed at the circumference of the packer installation duct. The sealing material injection nozzle is connected to the packer installation duct in order to fill the sealing material in the excavated hole between first and second packers. The center retaining member prevents the counter-flow of the sealing material to the road.
