PURPOSE: A crampon structure coupled to mountain climbing boots is provided to be mounted in the boot so as to be easily extendable from the boot when is in use or be easily retracted into the boot when is not in use. CONSTITUTION: The crampon structure comprises: a base(250) formed at an upper surface thereof with guide portions(257,257'); and a crampon having body portions(240,240') and hook portions(230,230') rotatably coupled to the body portions. The crampon is elastically coupled in a longitudinal direction of the base and is kept a vertically standing state by means of rod members(80,80'). The base is attached to a groove(155) defined perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of an outsole of a mounting climbing boot.
