PURPOSE: A soup for ginseng chicken soup using water bath and medicinal herbs of ginseng chicken meat juice and ginseng chicken broth using the same are provided to prevent the evaporation of the material of herbal medicine effective component by using the water baths and material of herbal medicine. CONSTITUTION: A chicken foot 100 parts by weight, the chicken bone 80~120 parts by weight, the Kalopanax pictus 3~5 parts by weight, the Astragali membranaceus 2~4 parts by weight, the hovenia dulcis 1~3 parts by weight, the Acanthopanacis sessiliflorus 1~3 parts by weight, the Cnidium officinale 1~3 parts by weight, the glycyrrhizae radix 0.1~0.3 parts by weight and ear shell husk 30~50 parts by weight are put into the water bath. Onion and dilapidation are heated in the meat juice with the respective 1~2 weight addition.
