This design is directed into mask and is connected to capful, especially moveable dust mask or weather it is cold it be related to cap. Mask is a cylindrical band (11); Band 11 is coupled with through-hole, and the both sides of goggles 121 are formed (12); Top includes a through-hole 121 by band 11 or goggles, is fixed on mask (12,13).
