FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system which is filled with working medium for controlling temperature of manned spacecraft is fitted with a hydropneumatic compensator, which includes periodic measurement of the free volume of the gaseous cavity of the hydropnuematic compensator and average-mass temperature of the working medium to determine actual loss of working medium from the system in unit time from the difference between the measured volumes, associated with the time interval by the medium. Directly after filling the system with working medium, the control free volume of the gaseous cavity of the hydropneumatic compensator of the system and the amount of undissolved air in the working medium are measured. For each periodic measurement of the free volume of the gaseous cavity of the hydropneumatic compensator, the volume of undissolved air in the working medium of the system is also measured, and loss of working medium from the system in unit time is determined using the expression given in the formula of invention, in accordance with which determination of the actual loss of working medium from the system in unit time is carried out taking into account simultaneous leakage of air into the system, as well as taking into account the change in volume of the gaseous cavity of the hydropneumatic compensator due to temperature deformation of the volume of the working medium in the system.;EFFECT: more accurate monitoring of air-tightness of a hydraulic system filled with working medium for controlling temperature of manned spacecraft.
