FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: closed airflow is created inside spray chamber and ventilation unit after passing painting zone to be divided into two after passing painting zone, i.e. first flow is forced back into the chamber along with additional air intake from atmosphere for mixing with return air and feeding it into painting zone, while second flow with inflammable fluid vapors is forced out into atmosphere. In compliance with another version, closed airflow is created inside spray chamber and ventilation unit that, after passing painting zone, is mixed with additional air taken from atmosphere, and divided into two flows, i.e. first flow is fed into painting zone and second flow with inflammable liquid vapors is forced out into atmosphere. Proposed unit comprises return air treatment unit and intake unit, air ducts, air control device for air intake and removal, circulation and supply fans.
