The invention relates to the art of radio measurements and enhances the accuracy of measurements of radio emission brightness temperature at radiophysical studies surrounding space in difficult conditions monitored nondeterministic change of ambient background radiation. Radiometric system provides improved accuracy radio noise radiation level measurements by compensating for the additive component antenna interference temperature due to reception of the background radiation over the area of the scattering antenna pattern. For this purpose, a two-channel system applied bimodal reflector antenna, wherein an output signal from an additional antenna is used as the channel compensation signal in the modulation type radiometer.
