The hose or tubular medical device (1) has a sensor e.g. pressure sensor and temperature sensor, for determining parameters e.g. vital parameters, of a patient, and a device arranged in a guidance lumen (5) and connected with the sensor. The device is designed as a wire for transferring signals of the sensor, with respect to the position of the sensor. The guidance lumen and a lumen (3) e.g. electrical wire, extend in longitudinal direction of the hose that is designed as an intravascular hose. The lumens are designed in identical or different manner.
