The system has a physiochemical sensor including four sensor structures realized in thick film technique and additional planar technologies on a planar substrate (1). The substrate is made of glass, ceramics or glass ceramic. Potentiostatic, conductometric and/or potentiometric sensors include an electro-chemical reference electrode (4) and a multi-parameter-measuring device. The physiochemical sensor is either constructionally integrated into the measuring device or connected with the measuring device as separate part over a cable.
