The method involves writing a dataset in a service data base (15) during malfunction. The dataset is provided with data related to a malfunction, where the service data base is selected from a network operator (2) for regulation of a service interface. The data related to the malfunction is provided to characterize a type of respective failure and/or malfunction. A customer number and/or network identifier of a subscriber terminal (6) is provided with a customer data for characterizing the subscriber terminal.
