The machine has a working medium i.e. liquid, with a boiling point less than that of water under operating conditions, and a solvent for absorption of the working medium, where heat energy is extracted from the working medium by a turbine (2) or a piston. The working medium is transported indirectly or directly into an evaporator (1) by a pump or a compressor, where the solution is transported indirectly or directly into an ejector drift by a feed pump (5). The partial pressure of the working medium is influenced by using an auxiliary medium.
