PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body protecting device such as a helmet, an elbow pad or the like, improving comfortability without sacrificing impact energy absorbing potential of the device. PSOLUTION: The method includes a step of joining a first material to a second material by using an adhesive having melting temperature lower than that of a tube 22 constituted of an inner core composed of the first material and an outer core composed of the second material, and can comprise a step of selecting the first material and the second material in a softened state at the melting temperature of the first material.
