PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a soy milk having an improved taste which comprises separating and removing "offensive taste components" generated during producing the soy milk from a soy bean material, from soy milk with the use of a high-speed centrifugal machine to reduce the offensive taste components; and to provide processed foods produced by using the soy milk.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the soymilk having the improved taste comprises treating soy milk produced from a soybean material with a high-speed centrifugal machine, separating the product into two layers after centrifugation, before removing a float in the upper layer, and collecting only the residual soy milk in the lower layers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
