PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign substance selecting/removing device of a grain processing machine, which can separate a large diameter pebble, a small diameter sand, and a straw waste from grains.;SOLUTION: This foreign substance selecting/removing device of the grain processing machine is provided with a rough selecting device 6, for separating large and small foreign substances from the grains to be selected, at the lower introduction port 29 of a lift 28, which supplies the grains to the grains processing machine, and is configured to haul up the grains after selection by the lift 28 and to supply them to the grain processing machine. The rough selecting device 6 is configured of: a first selector plate 2 for letting the foreign substances of a smaller diameter than the grain drop through the plate 2, which is arranged in a selection case 4 as a downward slope from the supply position of the grains to be selected; an ejection chute 20 for small diameter foreign substances, which ejects the dropping-through small diameter foreign substances to the outside of the selection case 4; a second selector plate 3 for letting the grains drop, which is arranged at the lower end bottom part of the first selector plate 2 as a downward slope; and an ejection chute 44 for large diameter foreign substances, which introduces the grains having dropped through the second selector plate 3 into the lift 28, and ejects the large diameter foreign substances accumulating on the second selector plate 3 to the outside of the selection case 4, and which is arranged separately from or integrally with the chute 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
