PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluating method and a performance evaluating device adequately evaluating the performance of the heat source system and the air-conditioning system in many fields.;SOLUTION: In an initial setting operation period L, the performance is evaluated (E:Es) on the basis of a performance evaluation value Es obtained in virtually operating an object system on the basis of characteristic information of a constitutive device under operating conditions same as the operating conditions Q, tow of an actual operation, and the performance evaluation value E similar to that obtained in the actual operation, and operation data dd in which the operating conditions Q, tow and the performance evaluation value E in the actual operation are recorded, are accumulated. After the lapse of the setting operation period L, the corresponding operation data dd having the recorded operating conditions agreed with the operating conditions in the actual operation is searched, and the performance is evaluated (E:Em) on the basis of the performance evaluation value Em recorded in the corresponding operation data dd, and the performance evaluation value E similar to that obtained in the actual operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
