PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an evaluation method and device, capable of evaluating the series resistance components of a thin film solar cell.;SOLUTION: The evaluation method is provided for evaluating the performance of a thin film solar cell 7. The method includes: a current feeding step of feeding a direct current in the forward direction to a thin film solar cell element constituting the thin film solar cell 7; a radiant intensity measuring step of measuring the radiant intensity of light emitted from the thin film solar cell element; and a change calculating step of calculating a change of the radiant intensity relative to the lateral distance of the thin film solar cell element.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
