PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel semiconductor material having a basic skeleton different from the skeleton of existing semiconductor material compounds.;SOLUTION: The semiconductor material is a diazabicycloporphyrin compound represented by, for example, formula (1a) [wherein Qⁿ (wherein n is an integer of 1-4) is an ethylene group of a structural unit whose both terminals are substituted] or a salt thereof. Use of this semiconductor material enables achievement of electronic devices having high durability with high performance and the semiconductor material can be applied to, for example, an electrophotographic photoreceptor, an organic transistor, an organic solar cell, and an organic EL.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
