COMBINATION OF STABILIZERS FOR ROTATIONAL MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational molding method capable of producing a hollow product having an excellent color and gas deterioration resistance.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the polyolefin hollow product comprises:adding combined stabilizers of at least one compound (a) from the group consisting of organic phosphites and phosphonites, one or more compounds (b) selected from the group consisting of hydroxylamine derivatives (i) and amine oxide derivatives (ii), and at least one compound (c) from sterically hindered amine stabilizers to a polyolefin; filling the mixture into a molding mold; heating the molding mold to a temperature of not lower than 280°C in an oven so that the stabilized polyolefin is melted; rotating the molding mold around at least two axes to spread the thermoplastic material on the wall; cooling the molding mold while the molding mold is rotated; and opening the molding mold to take out the obtained hollow product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
