PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building, utilized for an event, a rental meeting room, a cafe and the like, having an excellent designability, facilitating installation, carried and stored when being dismantled, and including many reusable parts.;SOLUTION: One unit 12 includes: a support 16; and an inverted-L shaped wall material 20 having a vertical part 22 and a horizontal part 24. Two wall materials 20 are fixed to the support 16 of one unit 12. Fan-shaped partition plates 32 blocking both circular-arc 26 parts of two wall materials 20 are provided, and substantially regular triangular ceiling plates 34 blocking the upper parts of two wall materials 20 are provided. The unit can be dismantled to the post elements and the plate elements to facilitate assembling, dismantling and keeping. The space surrounded by the inverted-L shaped wall material 20, the fan-shaped partition plate 32 and the ceiling plate 34 is intercepted from an external space, so that air-conditioning equipment and electric wiring can be closed therein not to impair the beauty of a building.
