PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precut building material management system, a precut building material management method, a package management device, a package management method and a package management program, attaching identification information about size, and a construction place or the like to a precut building material to certainly ship the building material to a prescribed building site.;SOLUTION: In this precut building material management system performing management of the precut building material by use of an IC tag, the precut building material is attached with the IC tag, and the precut building material is managed as a precut building material package. The precut building material management system has an IC tag storage information management means, and a package management means.
