PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz focusing method capable of enhancing the image quality of tomographic images, and to provide a terahertz focusing device and a terahertz focusing program.;SOLUTION: The refractive index and thickness of a layer, in the depth direction from the interface with a medium of terahertz waves and the incident angle of the terahertz waves to the interface are used, to calculate the moving distance in the depth direction of the focus in the layer, and the moving distance calculated is used to make focusing performed, from one interface of the layer to the other interface of the layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
