PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening material of molten slag, which can provide a hardened product of molten slag by kneading with water and an alkali stimulant, suppressing the hardened product from lowering of strength with passing of time; and to provide a production method for the hardened product using the hardening material. PSOLUTION: The hardening material contains pulverized molten slag, a fine aggregate and coal ash. Wherein, when a prescribed amount, exemplified by 100 pts.mass, of the molten slag in the hardening material is formulated with the fine aggregate by the prescribed ratio, a part of the aggregate can be replaced with the prescribed ratio of the coal ash without affection on the product.
