PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of rapidly forming an interaction between bio-molecules without requiring many samples or much time and manpower and capable of detecting the interaction between the bio-molecules on a real time basis. PSOLUTION: This interaction testing device of the bio-molecules comprises a bio-molecule micro array 1 where bio-molecules are fixed onto a substrate, and a transparent electrode 2 disposed so as to be faced to the surface to which the bio-molecules of the micro array are fixed. The device has a non-conductive spacer 3 between the micro array 1 and a counter electrode 2, and a cavity 4 is formed of the micro array 1, the spacer 3, and the counter electrode 2. The micro array 1 has a conductive material surface 6 in at least a part of the bio-molecule fixed surface, and two through holes 5 leading to the cavity 4.
