A biomolecule microarray where biomolecules are immobilized on a substrate and a biomolecule interaction test instrument having a transparent electrode (counter electrode) so provided as to be opposed to the surface on which the biomolecules of the microarray are immobilized. The device has a nonconductive spacer between the microarray and the counter electrode. A cavity is formed by the microarray, the spacer, and the counter electrode. The microarray has a conductive substance surface at least in a part of the surface on which the biomolecules are immobilized and two through-holes communicating with the cavity. One of the through-holes is used for injecting a solution into the cavity, and the other is used for discharging the solution from the cavity. The microarray has a conductive substance surface at least in a part of the surface on which the biomolecules are immobilized. A voltage of a frequency of 0.01 to 10Hz is applied between the conductive substance surface and the counter electrode to promote the interaction. A method for migrating biomolecules contained in a solution placed between the substance having a conductive substance surface at least in a part of it and the counter electrode. A voltage of a frequency of 0.01 to 10Hz is applied between the conductive substance surface and the counter electrode to migrate the biomolecules toward the substrate or counter electrode.
