PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing nutritive functional material derived from fish of the family zoarcidae.;SOLUTION: The method for producing nutritive functional material derived from fish of the family zoarcidae comprises the following process: (a) a process of washing fish bodies and classifying them; (b) a process of cutting the whole or part of the classified fish bodies each into a proper size to make them a minced sample; (c) a process of subjecting the minced sample to heat treatment in water; (d) a process of freeze-drying the heated minced sample; and a process of crushing the freeze-dried sample.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
