PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quantitative analysis of a brominated flame retardant in resin, using mass spectrometry.;SOLUTION: This internal standard material is used for mass spectrometry of heating and evaporating a specimen, added to the specimen, and made of a hindered phenol compound such as 1,6-hexanediolbis[3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] (CAS#:35074-77-2).
