PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to prevent collisions by write data and read data even if a base signal for inputting/outputting data signal is delayed due to impact of external load or the like.;SOLUTION: A digital circuit has a storage device for storing data in writable or readable manner; and a semiconductor circuit unit which has an access timing signal generating circuit for writing the data into the storage device, reads or writes the data from or into the storage device feeds back an access timing signal supplied from the semiconductor circuit unit to the storage device to the semiconductor circuit unit, and activates the base signal for the semiconductor circuit unit to output the write data with if both of the access timing signal and a signal outputting from the access timing signal generating circuit are active.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
