PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating efficiency of the management operation or the window service of financial institute information, and to quickly and accurately confirm transfer circumstances in the case of money collection at the window, and to attain the efficiency of the window service.;SOLUTION: This financial institute information management system is provided with: an acceptance relevant information providing server for providing acceptance relevant information relating to the acceptance circumstances of public utility charges in response to a request from a payment acceptance terminal to be used when accepting the payment of the public utility charges; and an information acquisition proxy server for acquiring transfer circumstance information showing the account transfer circumstances of the public fee through a communication network by proxy from a financial institute server managed by the financial institute which performs account transfer for the payment of the public utility charges in response to a request from the acceptance relevant information providing server. The acceptance relevant information providing server acquires the transfer circumstance information acquired by the information acquisition server by proxy through the communication network, and provides the acquired transfer circumstance information to the payment acceptance terminal as at least a portion of the the acceptance relevant information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
