PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein (1) the conventional subsoil-furrowed soil layer-improving machine has a structure raising the subsoil up to the ground surface with one stroke and throws away, but (2) soil lumps are continuously left on the surface of the farm field to hinder following operations, hence a method inhibiting the soil casting has been proposed, but the trouble in which the formed grooves is soon filled with other soil or satisfactory soil mixing cannot be achieved.;SOLUTION: In this invention, the subsoil is admixed as it is dispersed, and the water retention and the swell and loose properties of the subsoil are maintained for a long period of time. They have been constituted so as to realize the best combination, when desired, the effective and durable grooves are formed. When the grooves (spaces) are formed at a position a little shifted from the groove formed the year before, the deep plowed layer are formed widely all over the farm field several years later and the root zone of the crop plants is increased and the crop plants spread their roots deeply.
