PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal foil constituted so as to further enhance the adhesive strength between the metal foil and a resin composition layer comprising a resin composition and advantageous from an aspect of fine wiring forming properties or electric characteristics, the metal foil using it, the metal foil with a resin, a metal clad laminated sheet, a printed wiring board and a manufacturing method of of the printed wiring board and to provide the printed wiring board having high reliability and good high frequency characteristics.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the metal foil laminated and bonded to the resin composition containing a curing agent comprises a process for preparing the metal foil, a process for applying a coupling agent treatment at least to one side of the metal foil, and a process for coating the metal foil with a treatment solution containing a component reacting with either one of the resin composition, the curing agent and the coupling agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
