This application relates to a fermented milk or yoghurt powder containing a high content of S.Thermophllus and L. bulgaricus, and exhibit a remarkable capacity of storage. In the powder according to the invention, is not observed no substantial loss of S. htermophilus and L. bulgaru00edcus after 4 months of storage at 20 C. the powder according to the invention has microbiological characteristics such that it matches the name yogurt or fermented milk.
