Subject: Device having light-emitting diodes (led) for the illumination of the interior of wallets, bags or of any other storage area in case of insufficient exterior lighting. Constitution: An array of LEDs with light intensity detector actuated in an automatic or manual manner (switch) and for a regulated time duration enabling access into storage areas without disturbing closely situated persons. A sensor is activated upon opening of the interior area in order to keep the light on. Advantages: Energy consumption up to 10 percent of the ordinary lamps; cool light and microscopic size allowing the installation of said system whether during its manufacture or latter as an additional element. Embodiment: Use in cinemas, cars, streets etc.
