CURABLE UNSATURATED POLYESTERIMIDE POLYMER CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND USE OF THE SAME AS TO IMPROVE OXIDATION STABILITY OF THE OIL

The unsaturated poly esterimide polymer concrete composition acts as scavenger and removes contaminants like polar components, acid, sludge, moisture/ water etc. The oil is treated with concrete composition improves the oxidation stability of the oil and reduces degradation of oxidation inhibitor in the oil. When the insulating oil is treated with the said composition and used the same in the transformer along with the oxidation inhibitor, it shows substantial improvement in the oxidation stability of the oil. It also slows down the degradation of oxidation inhibitor and thus prolongs oil insulation properties. It also improves the performance of the transformer and reduces the cost involved in their maintenance and/or replacement due to failures.
