The invention relates to a device for working metal materials by rotary plastic deformation without material removal, which can be adapted to multi-function mechanical working machine-tools by being placed on the lathe carriage, instead of the slide rest and the tool holder itself. According to the invention, the device comprises a triangular frame support (7), whose base is so machined as to be mountable in the place of the slide rest of a machine-tool (1), at the corners of said frame support (7) there being placed three subassemblies, each of them comprising a roller (5), a roller support (6) and a mechanism (8) for the radial adjustment of the roller position, said subassemblies allowing the rotation of the rollers (5) both about their axes and towards the machine-tool working shaft, the blank (4) to be machined being placed on a drift mandrel (3) fixed in the universal chuck of the machine-tool (1)and the rotary plastic deformation of the blank (4) being achieved by the device travel along the longitudinal axis of the machine-tool (1), the value of the diameter of the gap formed by the three rollers (5) being so adjusted as to force the worked material to move on the drift mandrel (3).
