Method for polarization-correlation diagnostics and prediction of course of chronic non-calculous cholecystitis at background of insular diabetes of 2 type includes polarization mapping of sample of biological liquid of patient through evaluation of changes of statistical moments of distribution of polarization states of laser images. One measures respective polarization states in different points by which coordinate distribution of level of mutual polarization of laser image of bile. One calculates statistical moments of 1-st 4-th order of such distribution, at background of that one makes conclusion on presence and makes prediction on course of chronic non-calculous cholecystitis at background of diabetes mellitus of 2 type.
