A method for treatment of tumour obturation of distal department of choledoch duct comprises the endoscopic pappilotomy, endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangeography and stenting of distal department of choledoch duct with teflon stent. The endoscopic pappilotomy is made to visualization of choledoch duct notch, transtumor bouginage and stenting with teflon stent which in 2-3 weeks is replaced by metallicone.
