A mail system, a junk mail processor and a method for marking junk mails are provided. The mail system includes: a mail server, a mail client and a junk mail processor. The mail server functions as a mail process system and processes mails received and sent by the mail client. The mail client is used for sending and receiving mails, interacting with the junk mail processor and providing the junk mail processor with information on whether a mail is a junk mail. The junk mail processor interacts with the mail client, and marks the mail confirmed by the mail client as a junk mail according to the information received from the mail client.
