The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for calculating an evaluation score on contents by using user feedback. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method for calculating the evaluation score on the contents by using the user feedback comprises the steps of: calculating evaluation scores on each of a plurality of components, based on user feedback for the plurality of components which constitute the contents; and calculating the evaluation score on the contents by adding up evaluation scores on at least some of the plurality of components.
