The proposed technical solution relates to laser systems for ophthalmic surgical operations, in particular to systems for carrying out an intrastromal effect on the cornea. The ophthalmic surgical laser system comprises a femtosecond laser, a control system, a beam delivery system, a scanning unit for moving the focal point according to a chosen algorithm, and a parabolic mirror (11) for focusing the laser radiation into the bulk of the cornea (16). During the operation, the permitted focal points are accessible for observation, for example, through a microscope (15). The technical result of the invention is a femtosecond laser-based system for performing ophthalmic surgical operations which is safe, easy to use, and allows direct observation of the operation site.
