Process for baking a toast bread in its metallic mould with a limitation of the crust production

The method involves preparing a dough for baking a toast bread, and placing the dough in a metallic mold. The dough contained in the mold is subjected to microwave radiations so as to heat the dough along its mass. The heated dough contained in the mold is subjected to cooking in an oven at temperature of 200 degree Celsius. The mold is withdrawn from the oven, and the toast bread is obtained from the mold.
