Device for fastening solar panels to supporting framework

This invention concerns a device for positioning and fastening of solar panels on respective supporting framework on roofs or on the ground. Every supporting framework has supporting bars (14,15) for supporting the panels provided frontally with coupler slots (16). The device has a body (17) that has pairs of anchoring hooks (20) designed to engage with the slots (16) and which is associated with a prismatic block (22) which defines two supporting planes (23,23') on contiguous sides for supporting two parallel panels and it is provided with means (29,30) for blocking said panels on said supporting planes.
