The clamp has a closure stopper (4) articulated on a frame (2) of a seat box around a clevis pin (5) forming a hinge so as to be displaced between opening and closing positions. A support foot (1) is introduced laterally into a receiving cavity (3) or extracted laterally from the cavity in the opening position. Semi-locking jaws (7) are folded against one another in the closing position to encircle a cavity corresponding to a section of the foot. Locking units lock the stopper in closing position. Blocking units block the foot between the jaws when the stopper is in closing position.
