MULTIPLE SNP MARKERS, MICROARRAY AND DIAGNOSIS KIT FOR SASANG CONSTITUTION

PURPOSE: A SNP marker for diagnosing four constitution of Korean traditional medicine is provided to accurately and quickly diagnose the body constitution. CONSTITUTION: A SNP for diagnosing four constitution of Korean traditional medicine comprises a polynucleotide which contains 101th base and has 10 or more serial bases among polynucleotides of sequence numbers 1-124. A kit for diagnosing the four constitutions contains a microarray. A method for detecting multiple SNP comprises: a step of isolating nucleic acid sample from a test subject; a step of labeling the nucleic acid sample with fluorescence; a step of hybridizing the nucleic acid sample with the microarray; a step of determining genotype of each polynucleotide; and a step of determining body constitution by the genotype.
