PURPOSE: An adapter for connecting a cooling fan to a hydraulic motor is provided to enhance the rotating performance of the hydraulic motor shaft and to extend the lifespan of the hydraulic motor since a retaining ring seals a hydraulic motor adapter.;CONSTITUTION: An adapter for connecting a cooling fan to a hydraulic motor comprises a body(22), a hydraulic motor shaft adapter(27), a shaft(23), a ball bearing(24), a spacer(25) and a pair of retaining rings(26). The body forms the frame of the adapter, which fixes the hydraulic motor and a cooling fan. The hydraulic motor shaft adapter comprises a key groove, which can fix the hydraulic motor shaft. The hydraulic motor shaft adapter fixes the hydraulic motor shaft using the tilt angle on the inner diameter. The hydraulic motor shaft is inserted into the body and thus the shaft transfers the power to the fan in driving. The ball bearing is inserted between the shaft and the body and generates abrasion and torque when the shaft rotates. The spacer maintains a given interval between the ball bearings. The retaining rings preventing the oil leakage between the ball bearings.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
